All you need to do now is escape; drop back into the water and go back to the location from where we pictured Security Camera System 3. Dive under and swim to the other end of the room (opposite of where you came in), then turn right. Crawl towards the two green barrels and carefully peek around the corner; there’s another guard patrolling this area. Pretend to read the info board to Sev’s left, and she’ll give you a cheat card.

Press on to your right, taking out the guards as you go. Stock up on weapons at the top, then enter the casino floor. Go up the stairs on your left. Untie the boat near the canal to complete the mission. Take out the guards and press on to meet up with the gang. Press on, clearing out the guards as you go until you reach the Archive Room. Grab some weapons then head up the stairs.
Swipe the keycard and enter. When you gain control of Sev, make your way over to the door near the cashier desk as indicated by the objective marker. Head for the objective marker in the corner of the room and interact with the computer. Wait for the guard to move, then immediately go through the door and take a right into the server aisles. Press on down the corridor all the way to the end and use the keypad to unlock the door on the right. It’s a restricted area so stay concealed otherwise you’ll fail the mission.
Sneak behind the guard and take him out (this will make the rest of this mission much easier), then enter the nearby vent. At the end of the hallway, use the same keypad code to enter the office. You can use the Spy Camera to track the three guards before you head inside (aim the camera at them through the window). Continue using the keycard until you hit a keypad puzzle on a locked door. Climb up the ledge whenever the guards aren’t looking, and sneak towards the red light, where you’ll find the second Security Camera System. As soon as you see the large space with the guards, dive under and swim to the right.
Walk over to and interact with the server rack to reset the slot machines. When Felix shows up, steal the keycard from the attendant. Plant the scrambler on the slot machine next to the door on the right of the High Roller room. Steal the keycard when the clerk is distracted. Interact with the slot machine by the door. Head to the objective marker. Hop out of the water and access the junction box on the right.
Shifting the focus to Felix, you must use the keycard to leave this room. You must steal his keycard - stay behind him and he won't notice a thing. Felix will come in and speak with the casino worker. Seen from the entrance of this sewer area, this exit would be in the far left corner.
